Sunday 5th August 2018 was an emotional day at the club as we remembered those archers who are no longer with us.

A two way longbow shoot was held in memory of Barry Morris who passed away in January of this year. Then, a Yew tree that had been planted a month earlier was dedicated as a living memorial. Club founder Lorna Tucker, now in her 91st year, was guest of honour and, along with Barry’s grand-daughter Aliyah, unveiled a specially commissioned brass plaque. Lorna is pictured below with our youngest regular visitor Lachlan, a certain future member.
