Club shooting sessions are run on the following days and times:
Monday 19:00 – 21:00
Junior Night – 18:00 / 18:30 – 20:00 every Tuesday when the club house is restricted to junior archers only during these times.
Wednesday 19:00 -21:00
Sunday – 09:00 – 12:00
During these times, archers wishing to progress will find help from more experienced club members and coaches to help improve their technique and advice on equipment.
The club is open to members 24/7 once you have a key, and when using club equipment you can find committee members at the club on most other nights who can let you into the cupboards to use club equipment if it is not a club session.
There are also work parties on the 1st weekend of each month, when we use the time to repair and maintain the club facilities (which helps to keep membership prices down) . All members are required to attend at least 3 work parties a year or, help to run club competitions, as these bring in revenue to the club.
We also run fun shoots with a BBQ afterwards or club competitions most months to help new members (and existing members) meet up and for those who wish, learn the etiquette of shooting in competitions either at our club or, competitions at other clubs.
